Caring Advocates will help you create a personalized Living Will you can attach to other, state-approved forms—regardless of which version of the book you choose to use. (Any version can be used by more than one person.)

To make your choices clear, each card/item is illustrated and uses plain, understandable words with almost no medical jargon or diagnoses.

To demonstrate your diligence, you can make your decision about each card/item twice. Caring Advocates will send you an initial and final draft of your final Living Will.

The Kindle and Nook versions offer you the option to work with the cards first and then decide if you want to buy a Natural Dying—Living Will.

The “Talking/Interactive E-book” and the printed flash card versions are bundled with ONE Natural Dying—Living Will.

 

The goal is for all your family members and close friends to create their own Natural Dying—Living Will. Contact Caring Advocates on-line at www.CaringAdvocates.org/PIN.php or call 800 64 PEACE (647 3223) to obtain Serial Numbers (PINs) & Wallet Cards to create additional Living Wills. Natural Dying—Living Wills cost $25. This covers the cost of the forms and handling and shipping so Caring Advocates can send you a Wallet Card, and your initial and final drafts.
